Care Taxi Australia Pty Ltd. has an eminent track record of serving more than 225 clients within a span of 2 years of time in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) under the name Care Taxi. Care Taxi started with a unique idea to provide qualified helping hands to the community through the activities which involves transportation. We started providing our services to the community from August 2020. And within a short span of time Care Taxi got acceptance in the Heart of the community. We offer a wide range of services such as assistance in shopping, assistance in Medical/GP appointments, Airport pick up and drop off and much more. It’s so excited to announce that we are lunching our operations in Queensland. As a new beginning in Queensland as a community transport service provider Care Taxi Australia Pty Ltd. will continue its services under the name of “Care N Travel”. Care N Travel will be beneficial for both the community and Job hunters.

Care N Travel takes a step ahead to make sure that our registered drivers are equipped with nationally recognized skills and qualifications so that we could offer support on the go. Ongoing skill development and has been ensured with proposal to launch mandatory training programs for drivers.
Care N Travel will make sure that our customers are getting a healthy and safe trip in their each Journey. Each trip will be monitored from the office and we are happy to hand over the trip reports based on the clients/coordinator's requests.
Care N Travel has the provision of rating our drivers after each ride. The general rule is that drivers who fall below the desired rating over a period of time will stand their registration to be suspended permanently. The riders can always reach Care N Travel for to resolve their grievances if there is any.
